**A Note on Nature:**
Because our cabin offers a secluded, wooded feel right on the edge of the city, you will likely encounter typical outdoor insects during your stay. We cannot control nature, so if you have severe allergies to insects, please keep this natural environment in mind before booking!

About the Owner
We are Andrew and Michelle, local residents of Cape Girardeau - I am originally from Florida and my wife is originally from the Philippines. I work in IT consulting and she runs a local bakery out of our home. Together with our dedicated cleaner, we co-host a portfolio of fully furnished rentals (including a converted apartment building and a log cabin). We take pride in offering high-quality, comfortable spaces for our guests.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
